We aim to enable clients to remain in their own homes by arranging care services that integrate with existing daily routines, thereby minimising disruption. With support from a qualified care professional, clients may be able to resume activities such as shopping, attending social clubs, and visiting with friends.
Trust is paramount when allowing a care provider into one’s private residence. We perform thorough background checks on all care professionals. Clients and their loved ones will be introduced to the assigned care provider initially, facilitating familiarisation. All care professionals carry company identification and are instructed to announce their arrival by knocking on the client’s door. Security measures involving key codes and other protocols are taken extremely seriously to ensure clients’ peace of mind regarding privacy and safety.
